Chapa is looking for a Kitchen Hand / Catering Assistant to join our team in Enmore, NSW. This is a full-time role paying $60,000 per year, with an immediate start available.
About the role
You'll support our kitchen and catering operations, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Day to day, this includes:
- Washing dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment
- Assisting with food preparation
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe kitchen
- Loading, setting up and packing down catering events
- Helping the team meet service and event deadlines
Hours
- This is a full-time position with shifts that may include early mornings and some weekend work, in line with our catering schedule.
What we're looking for
- Some previous kitchen hand, hospitality or catering experience
- A reliable, hands-on team player with a good work ethic
- Ability to stay calm and organised during busy service or event periods
- Availability for early starts and occasional weekend shifts
