Senior Sales & Measurer
Location: Southwest and Western, NSW
Employment Type: Full-Time (5-Day Work Week)

Our stores are looking for an experienced Senior Sales / Measurer to join the team. This role involves helping customers select flooring and window furnishings in-store, as well as conducting in-home consultations, measuring, and plan development.
You will focus entirely on sales, service, and quoting—our dedicated warehouse team handles the ordering and installation coordination.
The Roster:
- 5-day working week.
- Includes working every second Saturday (with the following Monday off).
Key Responsibilities:
- In-store retail sales and expert customer service.
- In-home consultations, precise measuring, and plan development.
- Following up on quotes, managing emails, and booking jobs.
- Processing insurance jobs and general store admin.
What We Are Looking For:
- 4+ years of retail experience in the flooring or window furnishings industry would be beneficial.
- Strong sales and communication skills with great attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft programs is a plus (full training is provided on our specific sales and measuring software).
- A valid driver’s license.
