Remodel Health & Performance (RHP) is a Melbourne-based Exercise Physiology clinic focused on rehabilitation, health management, and performance outcomes through evidence-based exercise interventions. RHP delivers services primarily at the Sunbury clinic with a small case list of external visits across community, outdoor and home-based settings throughout the North-West region of Melbourne,
At RHP, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, individualised care that combines exercise prescription, education, behavioural coaching, and long-term lifestyle support.
