A Bell Desk Attendant (also called a Bell Attendant or Bellboy/Bellhop) is responsible for welcoming hotel guests and assisting them with luggage and other guest services to ensure a pleasant stay.
Key responsibilities:
- Welcome guests upon arrival and departure.
- Carry and deliver guests' luggage to and from rooms.
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities.
- Assist with luggage storage and retrieval.
- Arrange taxis, transportation, and valet services when available.
- Deliver messages, packages, and room amenities.
- Provide directions and information about local attractions.
- Keep the lobby and bell desk area clean and organized.
- Respond promptly to guest requests with a professional attitude.
Pay: $4,900.00 – $5,100.00 per month
