Corporate Barista
We’re looking for an experienced and customer-focused Barista to join a high-performing team within a corporate environment. You’ll be part of a best-in-class barista bar, delivering consistently exceptional coffee and creating a welcoming experience for staff and guests throughout the day.
This is a part-time role, working Monday to Thursday from 7:30am to 1:30pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages with consistency and care
- Deliver a warm, professional, and engaging customer experience
- Greet customers, take orders, and manage service flow efficiently
- Provide menu guidance and handle questions or feedback with confidence
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented barista bar
- Adjust grinders, texture milk, and produce quality latte art
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
- Ensure all equipment is cleaned and maintained to a high standard
- Report any maintenance issues promptly
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Stay up to date with menu changes, promotions, and coffee trends
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ barista experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, equipment, and workflow
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Professional presentation and a positive, team-focused attitude
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards

- Available to work on-site in a corporate setting
Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
