About the Role We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Pick and Packer to join our busy warehouse team in Auburn. If you have a solid work ethic, enjoy staying active, and have experience fulfilling orders, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately picking and packing customer orders for dispatch
- Safely lifting, moving, and organizing items weighing up to 24kg
- Preparing items for shipping and ensuring strict quality control
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse workspace
- Assisting with receiving, unloading, and organizing new stock
What We Are Looking For
- Physical Fitness: You must be highly physically fit and fully capable of safely and repetitively lifting up to 24kg.
- Experience: Prior experience in a warehouse environment, specifically with packing orders, is highly preferred.
- Pet Parents: Experient with pets and pet products are highly regarded.
- Attention to Detail: The ability to follow our system instructions and packing standard.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and possessing a positive, team-focused attitude.
- Safety Mindset: A strong understanding of safe manual handling practices.
