Glow Jam Skincare is seeking talented and creative Social Media Content Creators to join the team one day a week preferably on Saturdays. If you’re passionate about storytelling, aesthetics, and bringing a brand to life across digital platforms, we’d love to hear from you.
- Shoot weekly brand content, including Reels, Stories, and behind-the-scenes footage for organic and paid platforms - following a 14 post planned shoot schedule.
- Collaborate with team on camera to create brand content - must be comfortable talking direct to camera in public and initiating street interviews.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to provide content ideas to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue through social content.
- Support ad-hoc marketing initiatives and cross-functional projects as required.
- Report directly to our Marketing Manager and collaborate closely on strategy and execution.
- Travel once a week to Melbourne CBD location for shoot and campaign requirements.
- Will require to work weekends - preferably Saturdays.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years’ experience in social media, content creation, or a similar digital role.
- Proven ability to film, edit, and produce content across formats and platforms.
- Highly organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple tasks.
- A creative eye for detail, styling, and brand-aligned aesthetics.
- Up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities.
