We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Invoicing Officer to join our Long Haul division. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in transport administration, invoicing, accounts administration, or logistics coordination who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems, and ensuring customers receive accurate and timely invoices.
What You'll Be Doing
- Processing driver timesheets and supporting documentation.
- Preparing and issuing customer invoices accurately and on time.
- Verifying transport charges, allowances, and expenses.
- Managing customer invoicing enquiries and Proof of Delivery (POD) requirements.
- Liaising with drivers, operations staff, and customers to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintaining accurate invoicing records and documentation.
- Assisting with month-end invoicing activities.
- Supporting initiatives to improve invoicing accuracy and minimise revenue leakage.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in administration, invoicing, accounts, logistics, transport, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good numerical and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
