Shape young lives beyond the kindergarten day
We're looking for a passionate Lead Educator or Early Childhood Teacher to join our C&K Paddington Kindergarten team as our Extended Kindergarten Coordinator. Our Extended Hours Program continues children's learning beyond the kindergarten day, creating meaningful opportunities for play, connection and discovery in a relaxed afternoon environment.

Whether you're currently studying towards your Diploma, an experienced Educator, or a qualified Early Childhood Teacher, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference for children while continuing to grow your own career.

- Monday to Friday: 1:00pm to 6:00pm
- 25 hours per week + additional hours during school holidays

- Working towards or Diploma qualified: $40.38 - $45.05 per hour + super
- Early Childhood Teacher qualified: $50.55 - $70.74 per hour + super

What you’ll bring
Whether you’re an experienced early childhood professional or newly graduated, if you’re energetic, fun and committed to guiding children’s early learning and development, we’ll set you up for success!
To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have or be willing to work towards:
- Working towards or hold a completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or,
- Actively working towards or qualified with an ACECQA approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification
- Completion of the National Child Safety Training – Foundation Certificate
- First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card or willingness to obtain
- Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain
