- Support people to achieve their goals while maintaining independence within a purpose-built Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) community

You're the Right Person If...
- You have experience supporting people with disability, particularly in SDA, SIL, supported accommodation, or community settings
- You're confident supporting people with complex behaviours and can remain calm when situations change
- You communicate with empathy, professionalism, and respect, building strong relationships with participants and your team
- You enjoy working collaboratively while also taking initiative and making sound decisions independently
- You're passionate about helping people build independence, choice, and meaningful lives
