In this role, you'll:
Manage, maintain and improve customer information and spatial data across transport networks, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and compliance with information governance standards.
Monitor and analyse customer information data, contracts, KPIs, and operational standards, providing recommendations, resolving data issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Support customer information projects and stakeholder engagement by identifying requirements, addressing complaints and data-related issues, coordinating rectification activities, and balancing competing business priorities.

About you
You are an experienced data professional with demonstrated expertise in spatial data analysis and/or spatial data management gained in a professional environment.
You have hands-on experience working with spatial datasets, GIS platforms, spatial databases, and data governance or quality management practices.
You possess strong analytical, data management and governance skills, with the ability to maintain high-quality datasets, ensure compliance with organisational standards, and use data-driven insights to support customer-focused outcomes and continuous improvement.
You are a proactive problem-solver and effective stakeholder collaborator, capable of managing competing priorities, investigating issues, coordinating resolutions, and communicating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, technology or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience, are highly regarded.
