The Opportunity
Dallad delivers high-quality construction services across residential, retail, commercial, office, and maintenance sectors. We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist who brings both creativity and strategic thinking to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of innovative marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive business growth. You will combine strategic insight with creative execution to deliver compelling campaigns, strengthen partnerships, and elevate the long-term value of the Dallad brand.

Key Responsibilities
· Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive marketing and advertising strategies aligned with business objectives
· Produce high-quality marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, videos, displays, and digital content
· Manage and optimise digital channels including website, social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and Google Ads
· Design targeted marketing programs, point-of-sale materials, and co-branded campaigns with partners and distributors
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to strengthen client relationships and identify growth opportunities
· Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions
· Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness
· Manage and allocate marketing budgets to ensure efficient spend and measurable ROI
Essential Skills & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree or higher
Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
