Join a leading initiative improving mental health services for people living with Borderline Personality Disorder. As Lived Experience Project Officer – Consumer, you will lead the consumer voice within the BPD Collaborative, embedding lived experience across service design and delivery. You’ll drive engagement initiatives, develop training and resources, and work with stakeholders to ensure services are inclusive, responsive, and recovery-focused. This is a unique opportunity to use your lived experience to influence meaningful system change and improve outcomes for people with BPD.
WHO ARE WE?
The RSS Mental Health Team is a business unit in SA Health and provides services throughout regional South Australia to support the six regional local health networks (LHNs). It employs around 260 people who work in 37 regional, rural and remote SA locations, or in our Unley Office.

Lead project design and implementation activities including consultation, data collection and analysis, evaluation, reporting and continuous feedback aligned to project objectives and timelines
Build and maintain strong partnerships with consumers, carers, health services, NGOs and government agencies to support effective program delivery and improved health outcomes
Provide high-level project and executive support including reporting, briefings, committee coordination, minute-taking and stakeholder communications
