Ultra Tune St Peters is looking for a skilled and experienced Automotive Mechanic to join our team in St Peters, SA 5069. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our customers' vehicles, contributing to the overall success of our automotive repair and servicing business.
What you'll be doing
Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues, including engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, and suspension systems
Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections to identify and address potential problems before they escalate
Use advanced diagnostic equipment and tools to efficiently identify and resolve complex vehicle fault
Maintain accurate records of work performed
Ensure the workshop is kept clean, tidy, and well-organised to support efficient operations
Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies, techniques, and industry regulations
What we're looking for
Qualified automotive mechanic with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex vehicle issues
Excellent communication skills to interact with team members effectively
Keen attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality work
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Up-to-date knowledge of automotive technologies, safety regulations, and industry best practices
Current driver's licence and your own tools
