Delaware North Australia is hiring front-of-house team members to join our Food and Beverage team at Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG). With an exciting calendar ahead, and the remainder of the AFL 2026 season, we’re seeking hospitality professionals who thrive in premium service environments.
Our teams deliver an elevated guest experience across all areas that include private suites, dining rooms, function spaces and our retail outlets. Deliver premium food and beverage service with a focus on professionalism and attention to detail

Support the setup and upkeep of our distinguished dining and service areas

Maintain in-depth knowledge of menu offerings, provide expert recommendations, and accommodate requirements to enhance the guest experience

Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless and exceptional service delivery

Demonstrate high-level knowledge of RSA requirements in bar settings

Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)

Food Safety Certificate

Proven experience in food and beverage service

Proven knowledge of RSA requirements

Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems

Availability to work throughout the AFL season and beyond, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts to align with match schedules
