We are currently seeking a People & Culture Business Partner to join our team on a maximum term 6 month contract.
The Role
Reporting to the Lead People & Culture Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing trusted HR advice and support to leaders and employees across the organisation, partnering with stakeholders to deliver people initiatives, support the employee lifecycle, and foster an inclusive and engaged workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to provide trusted, practical people advice across the employee lifecycle.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide guidance on workplace legislation, policies and employment matters.
- Support recruitment, interview processes and leadership capability initiatives as required.
Partner with leaders to develop workforce plans that build organisational capability and support current and future business needs.
Support leadership capability by providing coaching, guidance and development solutions that strengthen individual and team performance.
Provide trusted employee and industrial relations advice, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, enterprise agreements and organisational policies.
Analyse and provide workforce metrics and insights to support informed people and business decisions.
Partner with leaders to plan and implement change initiatives that support organisational objectives.
Provide support and input into Employee Engagement surveys.
Support the implementation of WHS policies, procedures, and safety management activities.

Essential:
Experience supporting organisational change, workforce planning and leadership development initiatives.
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
