We’re looking for an experienced Property Acquisition Specialist to help source suitable rooming house development sites
We are a Melbourne-based property development company specializing in rooming house developments. We acquire and develop properties that provide high-quality shared accommodation while delivering strong investment outcomes.

We’re Looking For:
- Based in Melbourne (but not required)
- Previous real estate experience is essential
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and building relationships
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
What you will do:
- Source on-market and off-market properties suitable for rooming house developments
- Contact property owners, agents, and vendors
- Build relationships with local real estate agents
- Assist in securing sites that meet our acquisition criteria
