About the role:
We are seeking an Engagement & Community Officer to join our team at the Hawkesbury Veteran and Family Hub in South Windsor. In this role, you will be an integral member of the team supporting current and former Defence personnel and their families.
This is a dynamic, people-focused position offering a broad scope of responsibilities across client wellbeing appointments, community service liaison, event coordination, and social media management.
As the welcoming face of the Hub, you’ll deliver outstanding customer service to our clients, making every interaction count. You’ll play a key role advocating for our community, genuinely committed to supporting the ADF community.

A bit about you:
Certificate IV in Community Services (essential)
Experience in community, welfare, or human services settings
Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of, or experience working with, the Australian Defence Force community (highly desirable)
