Parramatta Toyota, a high-volume rising star, is looking for a fulltime, experienced, polished, car-smart Service Advisor, willing and able to provide service excellence to our valued customers. Located in Granville on Parramatta Road, our high-volume Service Centre needs someone ready to go above and beyond servicing our customers to join our already successful tight-knit team. Our customers expect an easy, transparent & trusted experience when they service their vehicles with us, so we need a Service Advisor with an outstanding record of customer service achievements, integrity and a strong understanding of cars.
About the role
As an experienced Service Advisor you will …
- Provide outstanding service to our Toyota customers using your solid mechanical understanding.
- Keep our customers informed throughout the day of their service timings, cost & completion time estimates.
- Build rapport with customers to establish ongoing service relationships.
- Navigate warranty and other questions with customers.
- Be equipped with strong organisational & time management skills, follow through and pride of ownership.
- Use your solid administrative & software skills to document & close orders accurately & timely.
- Bring a team player approach: ensuring customer needs are met by assisting colleagues as needed.
To be successful in the role you will have…

- Demonstrated excellence in providing customer service.
- Significant knowledge of cars & warranties highly regarded.
- Strong communication skills - active listening & empathy - over the phone, in person & online.

- Motivated to do the best by the customer at all times.
