We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth daily operations of our business, supporting our management team, and maintaining an efficient and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and organization.
- Coordinate administrative tasks, including document management, reporting, and correspondence.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and employee development.
- Assign tasks, monitor employee performance, and provide support and guidance to office personnel.
- Manage office budgets, expenses, and supplier relationships.
- Maintain records and support the security team with operational needs.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders, providing excellent customer service.
- Implement and improve office procedures to enhance productivity.
- Ensure office equipment is maintained and stocked with necessary materials for uninterrupted operations.
- Ensure all office procedures align with government regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Implement and uphold occupational health and safety standards to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
Experience $ Skills Required
- Minimum 1 year experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role.
- A minimum of a diploma in business administration or management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Experience in the security industry is advantageous but not essential.
