Experienced Gardener / Landscaper

Panos Gardens is looking for an experienced Gardener / Landscaper to join our team.
We are an established gardening and landscaping business working across Sydney, primarily in the Eastern Suburbs and Southern Sydney. Our work includes regular garden maintenance as well as residential and commercial landscaping projects.
The Role
Your work will include:
- Garden maintenance and clean-ups
- Hedge and shrub trimming
- Lawn mowing, edging and lawn care
- Planting and garden improvements
- Landscaping and garden construction
- Irrigation work
- General use of landscaping and gardening equipment
- Working independently and as part of a team
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in gardening, landscaping or a similar role
- Good knowledge of gardening tools and machinery
- Confident with hedge trimming, mowing and general garden maintenance
- Landscaping experience is highly regarded
- Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor work
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- Valid Australian driver’s licence
- Ability to travel to job sites across Southern Sydney and the Eastern Suburbs
