About the Role:
Oliver Brown Wagga Wagga is seeking a capable Café Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy café. The role requires an individual with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage staff, coordinate operations, and maintain high service standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage day-to-day café operations, including opening and closing procedures
· Supervise, train, and lead staff to ensure efficient service delivery
· Prepare and manage staff rosters and workforce planning
· Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory
· Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
· Deliver high-quality customer service and resolve customer issues
· Monitor operational performance and support cost control
Requirements:
· At least 2 years experience in a supervisory or managerial role in hospitality or a closely related customer service environment
· Previous experience in a café or food service environment preferred
· Demonstrated ability to supervise staff and manage daily operations
· Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary:
$70,000 – $82,000 plus superannuation (depending on experience)
