Custom Garage Door Manufacturing Team Member
We are looking for an experienced manufacturing worker to join our growing team. This is a long-term opportunityfor someone who is reliable, hardworking, learns quickly, and works well as part of a team.
Main Role
The main responsibility will be to manufacture custom garage doors across a wide range of custom designs and specifications. The successful applicant will also help manage and coordinate manufacturing work with the team to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture and assemble custom garage doors
- Work with a wide range of materials, tools and machinery
- Safely and efficiently operate manufacturing tools and machines
- Measure, cut, assemble and prepare components accurately
- Work as part of a team to complete manufacturing jobs
- Help coordinate and manage day-to-day manufacturing work with the team
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe factory/workshop
- Assist with loading, unloading and moving materials when required
- Occasionally drive and assist with other tasks outside the factory
- Work both independently and as part of a team
- Follow instructions, plans and job specifications accurately
Requirements
Manufacturing experience is essential. We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment
- Is confident using a wide range of tools and machinery
- Learns quickly and can adapt to new products and processes
- Has good attention to detail and takes pride in their work
- Is physically capable of handling manufacturing materials
- Works well with a team and can take responsibility
- Can communicate effectively in English
- Has a reliable, hardworking and positive attitude
- Is willing to help with different tasks when required
- Has a driver's licence and is comfortable driving when needed

Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour
