About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will provide both individual and group-based supports to NDIS participants. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting participants in our centre-based and community group programs.
- Assisting with community access, including shopping, medical appointments, recreational activities, and social outings.
- Transporting participants to and from activities when required.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is:
- Positive, patient, and genuinely passionate about supporting others.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently using initiative.
- Flexible with working hours and willing to work across both individual supports and group programs.
- Experienced in disability support (preferred), although a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
- Holds a current driver's licence and has access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
Essential Requirements
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Current Working With Children Check.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid Australian driver's licence.
- Reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle.
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $38.00 – $70.00 per hour
