Bar Julius is The EVE’s European-inspired lobby bar. Open early, open late, and always welcoming. From coffee and pastries to bistro classics and late-night cocktails, it’s a space designed for guests to settle in, reset, and return.
We deliver thoughtful, seasonal menus in a fast-paced, design-led environment and we need a strong floor leader who can mentor the team, elevate service, and create moments guests remember.
About The Role
As Venue Supervisor, you’ll work alongside the Venue Manager to ensure every service feels seamless, polished, and personal.
You’ll lead from the front setting the tone, maintaining impeccable standards, and ensuring every guest interaction reflects who we are: warm, intuitive, and best in class.
You are commercially aware, operationally sharp, and deeply guest-focused. You know how to read a room, support your team, and turn potential issues into loyalty-building moments.
Experience is essential.
Your Day to Day Lead the venue when Manager on Duty
Drive exceptional guest experiences from open to close
Oversee cash reconciliation and end-of-day procedures
Support and mentor the restaurant team
Manage complaints with empathy and professionalism
Ensure policies and service standards are upheld
Communicate clearly across all departments
Complete and publish rosters in line with labour targets
Champion and embody our core values
About You Experience in a premium or hatted venue
Calm, confident, and solutions-focused
Passionate about hospitality and team culture
Obsessed with detail and genuine guest connection
Strong communicator and natural leader
Bar experience, including whole venue supervision
Flexible availability including mornings, evenings
Must be available at weekends
