As an Area Coordinator, you will
- Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary field teams to achieve operational outcomes and meet service delivery targets.
- Monitor and drive performance to achieve operational outcomes, ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, procedures, and the code of conduct.
- Act as the primary escalation point for operational, human resources, and workplace health and safety matters.
- Oversee workforce management activities, including leave, payroll queries, and maintaining data integrity.
- Engage with internal stakeholders, providing timely reporting to support decision bmaking and drive continuous improvement.
