Technical Maintenance Supervisor
Looking to step into a role where you can lead, make decisions, and have real impact? Ventia is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team full-time, supporting critical Defence infrastructure based on Fleet Base West, Garden Island, Rockingham.
In this role, you’ll lead skilled trades across planned, reactive and preventative maintenance, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You’ll also be the key link between teams, subcontractors and clients — keeping things moving and resolving issues as they arise.

To succeed, you’ll bring a relevant trade qualification (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing or similar), experience overseeing trades or subcontractors, and the confidence to communicate clearly and get things done. You’ll need solid computer skills and a current driver’s licence.
As this opportunity is on a defence site you are required to be an Australian Citizen with the Ability to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance
