Your next career opportunity
In this role, you will provide executive and administrative support across the Office of the Vice-Chancellor. You will support coordination of complex diaries, events and administration while working closely with diverse internal and external stakeholders . Yo u will gai n exposure to University -wide priorities and develop experience within a senior executive office. Due to operation al needs of the position, onsite work (Parkville campus) is required for most working hours.
Support the Vice-Chancellor’s Executive Assistant with diary management, meeting coordination , briefing processes, travel logistics and day-to-day office administration.
