About the Opportunity
Join an innovative and growing specialty service delivering evidence-based menopause and perimenopause care. Within our multidisciplinary team, including a Staff Specialist, Dietitian, Clinical Psychologist, Women's Health Physiotherapist, Administration Officer and Manager, we all work collaboratively to provide compassionate, person-centred care.
Through a hybrid model of care, many appointments are delivered via telehealth, providing flexible and accessible support to women across the region. This is an exciting opportunity to work within an emerging specialty area alongside a highly collaborative and cohesive team that is passionate about improving women's health outcomes.

What You Will Be Doing
As a Registered Nurse within the HNE Menopause Hub, you will play a key role in supporting clients throughout their menopause journey.
Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive nursing menopause assessments.

Managing and reviewing clinical results and follow-up requirements.

Responding to client clinical enquiries and providing education and support.

Coordinating care for clients with complex needs.

Contributing to menopause education programs for both clients and healthcare professionals.

Supporting the collection and monitoring of Patient Reported Experience Measures (PREMs) and Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs).

Participating in multidisciplinary discussions and care planning.
Your day will involve a combination of direct patient care through nursing assessments and follow-up clinics, alongside care coordination, results management, quality activities and nursing administration.

Essential requirements:

Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.

Experience working in women's health, sexual and reproductive health, or a related specialty area.

Demonstrated knowledge of women's health issues and contemporary evidence-based practice.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously.
