We are seeking skilled, compassionate, and reliable Domestic Assistants to provide exceptional in-home care to older people in Lalor and surrounding areas. Must be available Monday and/or Friday 9am to 4pm.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Domestic Assistance Worker, you’ll help clients live independently, and feel respected by assisting with:
- Home Cleaning – Household cleaning and laundry tasks are a core part of the role, helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable living environment
- Meal Preparation – Cooking simple, nutritious meals
- Unescorted Shopping – Assisting with errands or accompanying clients to the shops
- Wellbeing Monitoring – Observing and reporting changes in physical or emotional health
This role involves travelling between clients, so you'll need your own reliable vehicle.

What You’ll Need
- A genuine passion for supporting others and making a positive impact
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Current Victorian Driver’s License and reliable, insured vehicle
- Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Check
- COVID-19 vaccination evidence (as per public health orders)
