As a Maintenance Officer, you'll play a critical role in keeping healthcare environments running safely and smoothly for patients, residents and staff. Maintaining buildings, equipment and grounds to ensure safe, efficient operations
Managing work orders independently, delivering quality outcomes on time
Collaborating with contractors and service providers to support specialised maintenance
Monitoring performance and identifying improvements that enhance facility reliability

Experience in maintenance, construction, building or similar hands-on work
Strong ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
