We are seeking an experienced and collaborative leader to join our Education Portfolio as Manager, Education Support (Sydney Medical School). In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to education support teams across the Sydney Medical Program, ensuring the seamless delivery of medical education across campus and clinical school environments.
Working closely with the Director, Sydney Medical Program and senior academic stakeholders, you will lead service delivery, drive continuous improvement initiatives, support curriculum implementation, and contribute to strategic planning that enhances the student and staff experience.

T here is a requirement for this position to be on-site a minimum of 4 days a week, with the possibility of 1 day a week hybrid working. Hybrid working options will be decided with your manager if you are successful in this position .

Whilst predominantly based at Camperdown, the role requires travel to locations in the Greater Sydney region.
