As an Emirates Airport Services Agent, you will work in all areas of the Emirates Airport operation, supporting and overseeing check-in, boarding, ramp and the Emirates lounge to provide a quality service to passengers and ensure all operational criteria is completed in line with the companies commercial, safety and security policies, standards and procedures.
You will also be involved in:

Providing assistance to Emirates customers on arrival and departure, delivering high quality and professional customer service including ensuring appropriate special services and facilities are provided to meet the special service requirements of our customers e.g. unaccompanied minors, customers with reduced mobility.

Conduct duties in the Emirates lounge. Liaise with service providers and supervise contracted staff, overseeing catering, cleaning and maintenance operations and ensure service standards are met and maintained.

Prepare and completion of pre and post flight documentation and statistical information / reporting to ensure all data is accurately accounted for, perform administrative support duties.

Coordinate the airport operation of the chauffeur-driven limousine service.

Monitoring the level of services provided to Emirates by our Ground Service Partners and Suppliers, across all airport areas and ensuring service standards are maintained.

Monitor the arrival immigration challenges, retrieve relevant documentation and report accordingly ensuring adherence to all procedures with regard to travel, immigration and safety regulations. Monitor check-in including 'queue-combing' to keep customers informed of check-in delays, identifying and giving priority to Premium customers and ensure service standards are maintained.

Assist in dealing with problems such as delays, disruptions, excess baggage or denied boarding.

Assist with, and if necessary, conduct, check-in, boarding at the gates, provide announcements, and carry out hand baggage assessment, handling of late-to gate customers, flight coupon reconciliation and head count confirmation to ensure safe and on time departure of flights.

Monitor baggage delivery performance against agreed standards, keeping customers informed about any delays or irregularities with their baggage to maintain an efficient baggage delivery service to customers and monitor files creation and quality of baggage services as per Emirates Standard Operating Procedure.
To be considered for this temporary opportunity, you must meet the below requirements, and your application should highlight your skills and experience in:

Airline Industry experience, such as direct airline operations, airport ground handling services, or direct airline-related roles e.g. cabin crew

Skilled in customer service delivery, with effective interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills

Quick learner with systems and experience with Microsoft 365 and Office applications (Excel/Work/Outlook)

Working knowledge of Departure Control Systems (DCS) and knowledge of Basic Fares and Ticketing would be advantageous

A current RSA competency card will strengthen your application

Minimum education to a High School level or equivalent

This is a temporary opportunity to cover parental leave and is expected to conclude in May 2027.

This position will see the successful candidate working across the Emirates Brisbane operation, including supporting and overseeing, check-in, boarding, ramp, lounge and other areas of Airport Operations.

The roster is driven by operational requirements with the current flight schedule requiring a rotating shift roster of shifts performed between the range of 0530 - 0230 and includes working early mornings, night shifts, weekends and public holidays.
