In this role, you'll:
work as part of the Government & Parliamentary Services Branch, within the Government Business & Services unit, you will support Ministerial Office briefings.
You will be at the heart of delivering high-quality, impactful briefing products that inform government priorities. Drawing on trusted sources and collaborating with subject matter experts, you’ll ensure accuracy and relevance in every deliverable.
You’ll coordinate requests, streamline information flow and bring together inputs from across portfolios into clear, cohesive responses.
Your adaptability and strong product knowledge will enable you to respond quickly to evolving client needs while maintaining exceptional standards of quality and risk management.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves problem-solving and wants to make a real impact by supporting critical priorities.
This position is a permanent position. Your home base will be at Macquarie Park with Hybrid work arrangements, 3 days a week in the office.

You bring hands-on experience crafting Ministerial briefings, correspondence, and high-level communications that make an impact.
Your writing is clear, professional, and persuasive and you thrive on turning complex information into well-structured content.
You’re a natural collaborator who builds strong relationships with stakeholders and subject matter expert and you excel at juggling competing priorities under pressure.
With strong organisational skills and a proven ability to deliver under pressure, you’re ready to take on a role where your expertise truly influences decisions at the highest level.
You excel at connecting the dots as a problem solver, ensuring the seamless delivery of reliable services from beginning to end.
