Description:
Reporting to the Regional Account Director in Melbourne, the Account Manager is responsible for growing, retaining, and strategically developing an assigned portfolio of clients across the ELMO suite in Melbourne.
•
Revenue Growth & Account Expansion: Deliver growth across your assigned portfolio through renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and strategic expansion. Build and execute key account plans to identify whitespace, risk areas, and growth pathways.

Client Relationship Management: Act as a key commercial contact, managing day-to-day relationships and building multi-threaded connections with key decision-makers and executive stakeholders. Lead regular account reviews and business reviews.

Retention & Customer Value: Protect recurring revenue by monitoring account health, intervening on adoption or commercial risks, and driving broader solution penetration.
•
AI Initiatives & Innovation Adoption: Position ELMO's AI initiatives as a strategic enabler. Identify use cases where AI-enabled features improve efficiency, employee experience, or compliance.

Salesforce Management & Collaboration: Maintain complete, accurate opportunity and pipeline information in Salesforce. Work closely with Pre-Sales, Sales, CX, Product, and Marketing to progress opportunities.
Skills and Experiences:
Skills & Experience
•
Minimum 3 years' experience in B2B business development, account management, or customer growth roles.
•
Minimum 2 years' experience in the technology industry, ideally within SaaS or HCM/HRIS/Payroll-related solutions.
•
Demonstrated experience growing revenue within existing customer accounts through renewals, upsell, and cross-sell activity.
•
Proven ability to build strategic relationships and manage complex stakeholder groups.
•
Strong commercial, negotiation, and presentation skills.
•
Ability to confidently articulate the value of product innovation, including AI-enabled solutions.
•
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•
Previous experience with HR, payroll, or workforce technology preferred.
