Barista / All-Rounder / Supervisor — ENZE Bakery, Top Ryde City
We're growing our team at ENZE Top Ryde City and are looking for three passionate people to join us across the following roles:
- Supervisor
- Barista
- All-Rounder
ENZE is a premium chiffon cake boutique — every cake is made fresh, every morning. The experience we create for our customers matters as much as the product itself.
What you'll be doing
Serving customers, making coffee, keeping the floor running smoothly, and representing the brand with warmth and professionalism. Supervisors will also support day-to-day team operations and help maintain our service standards.
What we're looking for
- Hospitality or café experience strongly preferred
- A genuine love for good food and great service
- Reliable, team-oriented, and takes pride in their work
- Supervisors: prior leadership or senior front-of-house experience an advantage
The role
Fulltime, Part-time or casual opportunities offered. Training provided.
