The Opportunity
Are you passionate about turning data into insights? Join CBRE's Sydney based Research team as a Research Manager, where you'll analyse property market trends, produce industry-leading research and help inform strategic decisions for clients and business leaders across Australia and New Zealand. Working closely with stakeholders locally and regionally, you'll play a key role in shaping CBRE's market perspective and thought leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse property market trends and translate findings into reports, presentations and white papers.
Manage and maintain research databases, ensuring data quality, accuracy and consistency.
Lead the preparation and delivery of market reports and client-facing research outputs.
Partner with local and regional research teams to align market forecasts and insights.
Collaborate with business line leaders to meet client and business intelligence needs.
Support client presentations, new business pitches and strategic initiatives.
Respond to broker and client requests for market data and analysis.
About You
You may come from a property research, economics, consulting, analytics or broader market intelligence background and be looking for an opportunity to elevate your career within a globally recognised business. We're looking for someone who can combine strong analytical capability with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
You'll bring:
2+ years' experience in research, analytics, economics, consulting or a related field
A relevant tertiary qualification
Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including the ability to work with large datasets.
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and reporting skills.
Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Property industry experience will be highly regarded.
