Event Intern – Venture Capital
Type: Internship (Part-time/Full-time)
Duration: 3–6 months (Flexible based on academic schedule)
About the Role
Are you passionate about startups, entrepreneurship, and building meaningful connections? We're looking for an enthusiastic Event Intern to help us create memorable experiences for founders, investors, and the startup ecosystem.
This internship is a great opportunity for college students who want hands-on exposure to the world of venture capital, startup communities, and high-impact events.
What You'll Do
Assist in planning and executing startup events, networking sessions, workshops, and investor meetups.
Coordinate with founders, speakers, partners, and vendors.
Support event logistics, registrations, and attendee management.
Create engaging event communications, invitations, and social media updates.
Research startups, speakers, and ecosystem partners.
Help collect event feedback and prepare post-event reports.
Be part of the on-ground team to ensure every event runs smoothly.
What We're Looking For
Current undergraduate or postgraduate student from any discipline.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Curious about startups, entrepreneurship, or venture capital.
Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and online collaboration tools.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience organizing college fests, club events, hackathons, or community activities.
Basic knowledge of social media or event marketing.
Interest in the startup ecosystem and emerging technologies.
