Why this role matters
This role plays an important part in ensuring our clients’ entities, including companies, trusts and self-managed superannuation funds (SMSFs) are established and administered in line with regulatory requirements.
Working closely with Directors, Managers, Accountants and our Client Onboarding team, you will support clients through the full entity lifecycle, ensuring all statutory obligations are met while delivering an exceptional client experience. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining accurate records, supporting regulatory compliance and enabling seamless client service across the business.

What you’ll do
In this role you will be responsible for delivering high-quality corporate secretarial and entity management services, including:
- Establishing client entities including companies, trusts and self-managed superannuation funds (SMSFs)
- Managing ATO registrations including ABN, TFN and GST registrations
- Preparing and lodging ASIC forms and related documentation
- Maintaining company secretarial registers and managing annual company statements through the Corporate Affairs System (CAS)
- Coordinating business name registrations, renewals and transfers
- Liaising with ASIC and the ATO regarding entity and compliance matters
- Managing client entity records across systems including APS, CRM, CAS and document management platforms
- Supporting continuous improvement of templates, processes and workflows
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across Business Advisory and Client Onboarding to deliver a seamless client experience
- Occasionally assisting with reception coverage or overflow calls during peak periods or planned leave to support wider team operations
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to supporting both clients and colleagues.
- Previous administration experience within an accounting, legal, professional services or corporate environment will be highly regarded.
- Experience working with ASIC, ABR or ATO online services
- Strong understanding of ASIC requirements and entity compliance obligations
- An interest in corporate governance and entity compliance, with a willingness to learn ASIC requirements and legislative obligations.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality
- Confidence liaising with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong proficiency across Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint)
