Role Summary
As our Marketing Specialist, you will drive our promotional campaigns and build brand awareness. You will analyze local property trends and reach new homebuyers. You will report directly to the Director and manage our end-to-end marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research: Study buyer behavior and housing trends in Victoria.
- Campaign Planning: Develop plans to promote our home designs and building packages.
- Digital Marketing: Manage our website, SEO, social media, and online advertising.
- Collateral Creation: Write and design brochures, display home signage, and email newsletters.
- Lead Generation: Track campaign results to find new homebuyer leads.
- Pricing Advice: Help management set competitive pricing for our home packages based on market data.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (or 5+ years of relevant experience).
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in real estate or residential construction marketing.
- Tools: Proficiency in design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and CRM tools.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Victorian residential property market.
Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
