About the Role

As a Business Services Officer, you will become a trusted member of the team, providing high quality administrative support and helping to keep day to day operations running smoothly. Working closely with executive management and staff, you will be a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing enquiries with professionalism and discretion. You will coordinate competing priorities and ensure important matters are handled efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner.
This is a diverse role that will see you providing confidential administrative support across a broad range of business activities. You will be responsible for preparing professional correspondence, presentations and formatting reports, coordinating diaries and appointments, travel and catering arrangements and preparing accurate agendas and minutes. As an important member of the team, you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth day to day operation of the business while delivering high quality administrative support to stakeholders..
Beyond your day-to-day responsibilities you will have an opportunity to contribute to projects and initiatives, gaining valuable exposure to different areas of the organisation while building your skills and experience.

You are confident managing multiple priorities in a busy environment, remaining organised, adaptable and detail-focused while delivering work to a consistently high standard. With excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong customer service mindset and sound judgement, you provide reliable, confidential support and respond effectively to changing business needs.
Your advanced Microsoft Office skills enable you to produce high-quality work efficiently, and you are always looking for opportunities to improve processes and contribute to better business outcomes.
