Your new role:
Deliver Psychology, Occupational Therapy or Social Work services across Acute Care Teams, Emergency Mental Health Departments and MH CALL, providing comprehensive assessments, therapeutic interventions, care planning and clinical support to improve consumer outcomes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contribute to service improvement initiatives and support the education and development of students and emerging staff.
About you:
You are a compassionate and skilled mental health clinician who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering safe, evidence-based, person-centred care that supports positive outcomes for consumers. You will have:
Demonstrated experience delivering Psychology, Occupational Therapy or Social Work services within a mental health setting.
Strong clinical assessment, therapeutic intervention and care planning skills with a focus on consumer recovery.
Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and build positive relationships with consumers, families and stakeholders.
Commitment to continuous learning, clinical development, quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
Ability to support student education, provide guidance to less experienced staff and contribute to a positive team culture.
