Revira Care is seeking a compassionate and reliable Disability Support Worker to provide Community Access support to NDIS participants in the Austral area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support participants with community outings and social activities
- Assist with transportation and community engagement
- Promote independence, choice, and inclusion
- Maintain professional documentation and communication
Requirements:
- Experience in Community Access support
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check (if applicable)
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
