Personal Trainer & Social Media Coordinator (Part-Time)
Location: Studio 6, Stepney
Duration: 3-Month Contract (with potential to extend)
We're looking for someone who can do more than just coach a workout.
If you're a qualified personal trainer who enjoys creating engaging social media content, has a good sense of humour, and genuinely loves helping people improve their health, we'd love to hear from you.
Your Role
You'll be responsible for:
- Coaching our ladies' group classes on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:00am.
- Programming and modifying exercises to suit different fitness levels while maintaining the quality and standard of every session.
- Creating 2 social media posts and 1 Reel each week for Studio 6.
- Capturing content around the gym and turning it into engaging posts that reflect our community and coaching style.
The role averages 3-4 hours per week, including coaching and social media content creation.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Personal Trainer (Certificate III & IV in Fitness)
- Comfortable coaching groups of varying abilities.
- Creative with social media (Instagram & Facebook).
- Confident filming, editing and designing simple, engaging content.
- Friendly personality with great communication skills.
- A sense of humour and the ability to build rapport with members.
- Reliable, organised and proactive.
Performance Bonuses
