We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems and building practical applications using modern AI development tools.
About the Role
This is not a traditional software development role.
You'll primarily use AI-powered development tools such as Cursor to rapidly build, improve and maintain internal applications that support our operations. The focus is on understanding business problems, creating solutions quickly, and ensuring everything is production-ready before deployment.
You'll also assist with updates and improvements to our websites as new ideas and features are developed.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build internal business applications using Cursor and AI-assisted development.
- Improve and maintain existing internal tools.
- Implement new features and workflow automations.
- Update and improve our websites.
- Review AI-generated code to ensure it is safe, reliable and ready for deployment.
- Test applications and resolve issues before release.
- Work closely with the business owner to rapidly prototype and implement new ideas.
