We have 27 years of information on frog cases that comes in the form of handwritten notes, log sheets, printouts from older databases that have been superseded, etc. and we would like all this entered into a spreadsheet.
This creates a backup but also allows us to search for individual variables.
The candidate should be comfortable with spreadsheets and be able to type well.
This task is suited to someone who wants to put their computer/office skills to use for the benefit of wildlife conservation.
A participant will learn about frog conservation and the threats that are challenging their survival.
They will learn a lot about what is happening in the environment and but hopefully also expand their knowledge about using databases efficiently to provide information that can be used for science, public relations, etc.
