About the Role
You'll be leading a small team on garden maintenance and installation jobs across Eastern Sydney, Inner Sydney, and the Northern Beaches. You'll be the one on the ground making it happen — keeping the team on track, the work to a high standard, and the clients happy.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Leading and supervising a maintenance crew on residential and commercial sites
- Carrying out hands-on garden maintenance (pruning, planting, mulching, lawn care and more)
- Driving the crew vehicle to and between sites (manual licence essential)
- Communicating with clients professionally and representing the Greener-Me brand
- Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards

What We're Looking For
- Valid Australian driver's licence — manual transmission essential
- Certificate III or IV in Horticulture, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Demonstrated experience in garden maintenance or landscaping
- Ability to lead, motivate, and support a small team
- Strong plant knowledge, particularly Australian natives
- A genuine care for the environment and sustainable practices
- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work

$35–$45 per hour depending on experience
