About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Barcoo Aged Care Facility in Blackall. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred care, lead and support your team, and ensure we continue to meet the highest standards of aged care.
Key Responsibilities

Clinical Excellence: Conduct comprehensive assessments and lead evidence-based care strategies.

Documentation: Maintain accurate clinical records using our electronic systems.

Leadership: Provide guidance to care staff, students, and volunteers; assist with rostering and performance support.

Compliance: Ensure our service meets all legislative, accreditation, and safety standards.

Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and external health providers.
About You
You are a motivated Registered Nurse with at least 12 months of clinical experience and a natural aptitude for leadership. You are deeply committed to aged care and delivering safe, high-quality outcomes for our residents.
Essential Requirements:

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.

Minimum 12 months of clinical experience.

Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

Ability to work a rotating roster (AM, PM, and Night Duty).

Current CPR certification and a valid Driver’s License.

Strong interpersonal skills and proven leadership ability.

Valid Australian Work Rights (including New Zealand Citizens).
