Yo-Chi Fish Market is opening soon, and as we continue to build out our leadership team, we're looking for an additional Assistant Venue Manager to join the crew. You'll work alongside the Venue Manager and fellow leaders to drive the vibe, support the team, and help create an incredible guest experience in one of Sydney's most exciting new venues. Expect great people, big energy, and a whole lot of frozen yogurt!

What you'll be doing
- Run shifts and set the tone – high energy, smooth service, strong team vibes
- Support your Venue Manager and wider leadership team with rostering, stock ordering, cash handling, and day-to-day operations
- Keep product quality and food safety standards on point
- Coach your team, build confidence, and help people grow
- Keep the venue looking sharp and running safely
- Drive performance – hit KPIs, manage costs, and keep things on track
What we're looking for
- Leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or QSR
- Skilled in stock management, rostering, and KPIs
- Available across a rotating Monday to Sunday roster
- People-first leader who brings energy and builds a strong team culture
- Calm under pressure and thrives in busy environments
- Someone who loves collaborating with other leaders and contributing to a strong leadership team
