About the Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for formulating and implementing sales and marketing plans, managing client relationships, optimizing marketing channels, and leading the team to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and implement overall sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business goals, to drive revenue growth and expand market share in Australia.
- Conduct market research, analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer needs, to identify market opportunities and and inform strategic adjustments that enhance organisational performance and brand image.
- Lead the sales team to develop and maintain relationships with key clients, coordinate with internal cleaning service teams to deliver tailored solutions, and ensure high client satisfaction and retention rate.
- Plan and execute marketing activities to enhance the company’s brand awareness and reputation, and optimize marketing channels based on ROI evaluation.
- Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, monitor expenses, and ensure the efficient use of resources to support strategic objectives and cost-effective results.
- Oversee the development of diversified marketing materials that accurately present corporate core strengths and business advantages, ensure all promotional content is professionally structured and complies with local Australian business standards and relevant market regulations.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve sales and marketing-related issues, maintaining organisational reputation key business relationships.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, identify areas for improvement, and adjust sales strategies and tactics to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of proven experience in a Sales and Marketing Manager role.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, with excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, able to effectively interact with clients, team members and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, drive sales growth, and manage client relationships independently with experience transferable across different industries.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and experience with marketing platforms or data analytics tools.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams, and to adapt quickly to fast-paced, results-oriented business environments. Experience in leading international or cross-functional teams is highly regarded.

Pay: $180,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
